We are members of the Association of Self Caterers in Scotland and have always used their Guest feedback form so that we can guage our customer reaction and standards.  We have found this useful to keep our standards and service up to date and we try to impliment recommendations made to us.

We are also graded by Visit Scotland and have an annual quality inspection.

 

However, we have now joined My Holiday Cottage and you can add your own unbiased testimonial or comment (however adverse) on line.  We hope that you will do so and be honest with us so that we can continue to improve.
